Field Trips at BVO
Exploration-based group visits to an immersive, interactive environment
OVERVIEW
BVO field trips invite students to step inside an immersive world and explore through curiosity, movement, and discovery.
This is not a traditional museum tour and not a classroom-style education program. Students engage through self-directed exploration, supported by chaperones and managed for safety, flow, and timing by BVO staff.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Students move through immersive environments at their own pace
No docent-led touring or continuous narration
Supervised play and observation inside designated areas
BVO staff manage: timing, safety, crowd flow, and capacity
Chaperones lead: student movement and behavior
VISIT LENGTH
Most student visits last 60–90 minutes
Timed entry is required
Entry expectations are capped to protect the experience
SUPERVISION REQUIREMENTS
1 adult per 5 students
1 free adult per 5 students
Additional adults may attend at the student field trip rate
Groups arriving without required supervision may be delayed, reduced, staggered, or rescheduled
SCHEDULING & CAPACITY
Weekdays only (pilot phase)
Timed entry blocks throughout the day
Maximum 60 per entry window (students and adults combined)
Larger groups are split into smaller ones across staggered entry times
Advance booking required

PRICING (FIELD TRIP GROUPS)
Student Options (choose one option per group):
$15 per student – admission + relic token
$30 per student – admission + relic token + t-shirt

LUNCH & ADD-ONS
Lunch is not included
Workshops and guided programs are not offered during pilot at this time
Limited optional lunch space may be available by request (fee applies)
WAIVERS & PERMISSIONS
Student waivers are required prior to entry
Waivers are distributed digitally and collected in advance
Students without completed waivers cannot enter immersive areas

Field trips are offered in limited pilot availability and must be scheduled in advance.
PLAN YOUR VISIT
Arrival & Transportation
Bus parking is available on-site (approximately $40–$45 per bus, validation available)
Discounted parking codes may be provided for chaperones or additional vehicles
Groups arriving by bus or car will receive detailed arrival instructions prior to their visit
Entry & Group Flow
Groups are divided into staggered entry times (up to 60 guests per 30-minute window)
Larger groups will be scheduled across multiple entry blocks
A BVO team member will coordinate your group’s arrival plan in advance
