This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) covers:
BVO-owned and operated websites and mobile applications (collectively, the “Sites”); and
Any other services we provide, including the BVO: Baron Von Opperbean & The River of Time immersive attraction in Memphis, Tennessee, our ticketing and customer service operations, online experiences, digital content, events, and merchandise (collectively, the “Services”).
“BVO,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BVO Experiences, LLC and its affiliates.
This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use, which govern your access to and use of the Sites and Services. By using the Sites or Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites or Services.
Unless otherwise defined here, capitalized terms have the meanings given to them in our Terms & Conditions.

11. Links to Other Websites & Public Areas
Our Sites may link to third-party websites, apps, and services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. If you visit those sites, their policies apply, not ours.

12. Visitors Outside the United States
BVO primarily operates in the United States, and our Sites and Services are intended for use in the U.S.

Minors may visit the Attraction under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or responsible adult per our Terms & Conditions.
14. Storage & Security
We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to help protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
However:
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.
We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and devices secure, and for notifying us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access.
We will never ask you to send your password or other highly sensitive information by email. If you receive a suspicious email that appears to be from us asking for such information, please do not respond and contact us at privacy@bvoexp.com.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will:
Post the updated version on our website; and
Update the “Effective” date at the top of this page.
If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice as required by law (for example, by emailing you or posting a prominent notice on our Sites).
Your continued use of the Sites or Services after we post changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
